Yes. You can change plans anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Invitations are sent to participants with a unique QR code and a 6-digit check-in code. Reminders are automated and you can customize the schedule per event. Email usage is tracked against your plan credit.

On eligible plans you can configure Custom SMTP so invitations and reminders are delivered from your own domain for better brand consistency and deliverability.
